All products available in the store are handcrafted. The materials and wood may feature raw edges. Please be aware that all our rustic and vintage items are created using authentic rustic and vintage materials, ensuring that each piece is unique.

Courier Services 

​

All products are exclusive of courier fees. We impose a flat rate of R 120 for standard parcels and R 200 for box parcels. We provide courier services throughout South Africa and do not currently offer shipping to non-South African residents. Items that are ready for dispatch are typically shipped within one week after payment has been received. Pre-order items may take up to three weeks after payment has been received. We primarily utilize The Courier Guy or Fastway Couriers for a reliable and trackable service. Diddly Doo will not be held responsible for any damage or loss that occurs after the items have been handed over to the courier, and we do not provide any warranties concerning the delivery of the products supplied.

As a small business, our return policy stipulates that you must return your purchase (unused, unwashed, and in its original condition) within seven days of receipt at your own shipping expense. By making a purchase from Diddly Doo, you acknowledge and agree that all fees and payments are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. In the event of a defect in a product, it must be reported to Diddly Doo in writing, preferably with accompanying photographs, immediately upon delivery of the product. Customers must allow Diddly Doo sufficient time to investigate the report. After the delivery of digital files, the customer is responsible for ensuring proper storage of these files; Diddly Doo is no longer liable for these files after delivery.
